Hakim Karam is the medical and integrative health arm of the The Beyond Holding group, rooted in a family tradition that spans three generations of medical service. It unites clinical excellence, cultural depth, and generosity (كرم) — a core value of care in the Arab world.
With deep experience in high-complexity care and humanistic medicine, Hakim Karam bridges scientific knowledge with traditional systems, creating unique health strategies tailored for the 21st century.
Founded by two siblings who are doctors, Cilene Karam AlAbbasi and Fábio Ricardo dos Santos, they form a partnership for new projects in the field.
